Initial Consultation

FEASIBILITY STUDY AND PROCESS REVIEW​
We walk through more details of our process and discuss a preliminary plan and estimated budget.

Design Phase
Once the Design Contract is executed, our award-winning architecture and design team will work with you to put your vision to paper.

FINAL PRICING
Our trade partners will provide firm quotes after a meeting at your home. The fixed price for the construction contract is developed.

Construction Phase
This phase will kick off with a 3-week pre-production period during which you will meet your project manager and finalize on-site logistics.

Job Completion & Warranty
At the completion of your project, Greater Roofing will provide a warranty book that will include manufacturers’ warranties for all purchased items installed in your home.
